Ocean Lava Lanzarote is a long-distance triathlon with swimming, cycling and running circuits in a unique volcanic environment. Demanding race for experienced triathletes.

Weekend schedule (provisional 2026)

• Friday: registration and briefing.
• Saturday: race day - swimming, cycling, running.
• Sunday: awards ceremony.

When the organizer publishes the 2026 regulations, we'll confirm exact distances and schedules.

Course

• Swim: open water.
• Bike: circuit through Lanzarote roads.
• Run: running circuit.
• Transitions: T1 and T2.

Recommended gear

• Wetsuit (according to regulations).
• Triathlon/road bike.
• Helmet (mandatory).
• Complete triathlon kit.
