From the start, the Mancha Blanca area breathed competition. The haze filtered the light and softened the temperature; the terrain required what was always required in Tinajo: a head in the short but constant climbs, a fine foot in the descent on a loose picón and a decision to keep up the pace on the fast tracks. Clean signage, well-located supplies and attentive volunteering marked an edition where almost everything favored running “clockwise”.
The long mode was solved by career management. Octavio de León He ran patiently in the first third, measured forces in the central part and attacked when the volcanic rock began to punish. His victory came with 2:56:07, opening a definitive gap in the final kilometers. Rubén Rodríguez He held his pulse and signed the Second position with 3:00:22, while Alejandro Martín Closed the podium within 3:08:08.
In women, Beatriz Barroso He read the changes of terrain perfectly and prevailed with 3:42:01, ahead of Teresa Menzel (4:03:39) and Marta Bazán (4:08:18). A race from low to high, solid in transitions from trail to track.
The average distance was a spectacle of Loud rhythms and short differences. Rayco Hernández He once again demonstrated his skill and power to take the victory with 55:59. After him, David Reco (57:50) and Tanausú Cabrera (59:19) completed a level podium, decided by details in the final stage.
Among women, Anya Lamprecht Dominoes with 1:08:39, securing the head from the first kilometers. Olga Martynenkova (1:09:17) and Laura Mulcahy (1:11:46) signed a hard-working second and third place, always in competitive times.
Explosive from the gunshot. Akorán Rodríguez He won with 33:47, ahead of Arnaud Binst (34:34) and Seydou Diao (35:30). Race with changes of pace and minimum margins, ideal for those who prefer intensity to management.
In the women's category, Clémence Baritou Stopped the clock in 42:02; Margarita Flores (46:50) and Marika Medaglini (47:24) completed the podium after an even fight in the loose stone sectors.
