What is it and why run it
El Trail Caldera de El Cuchillo It is one of those races that summarize Lanzarote in 10 kilometers: Picón, Bad country, smell of Taro and a bustling town cheering. It's perfect if you want a Explosive trail and very corrigible, with a technical dot in sections of loose stone. If you come from asphalt, it's a great gateway to volcanic terrain.
Program of the day (indicative)
- Delivery of bibs in the departure area (the city council/organizer specifies this the week of the event).
- Chinijos Race (children by age, short distances) to open their mouths.
- 5.1 km popular to the rhythm of the town's festival.
- 10.6 km trail as the main test at the end of the afternoon (exact time in regulation).
When the organizer publishes the Regulation 2025, we updated here timetables, Order of exits and drawers if there were any.
Course and terrain
- Surface: Mixture of volcanic track (Picon/Jable), trail and some stretch of Loose Stone.

Career strategy (runner to runner)

- Last 2—3 km: progression and Compact stride; think of lively ankles and firm arms.
5.1 km
- Derby At a high pace from the arch; look for a group and avoid unnecessary changes on the slopes.
