What is it and why run it
If you want to close the 5K season with good taste, Fisiosan 5K It's your place: quote supportive and inclusive right on the seafront, perfect for searching MMP Or stop Debuting safely. The atmosphere is very much at home: neighbors cheering, families on the avenue and that smell of the sea that accompanies you from the first to the last meter.
Program of the day (indicative)
- Bib number collection in the departure zone (the organization specifies schedules the week of the event).
- Children and/or inclusive walking before or after the absolute.
- Absolute 5K At 17:00.
When the organizer publishes the Regulation 2025, update here the exact order of departures and the final schedules.
Course and terrain
- Type: circuit urban and flat By the Avenida de Playa Honda, next to the coast.
- Surface: asphalt, with wide straights to find rhythm.
- Wind: It can blow breeze on the way out or around; use it to your advantage (group when hitting against, release legs when pushing).
- Map and turns: is published in the official link; check turns, refreshment points and finish area the day before.

Inclusive and family
- Event suitable for everyone: minors with adapted distances, possibility of marches for those who want to enjoy without a stopwatch and a very thoughtful staging for children and companions.
- If you come with children, arrive with margin to organize outings and pickups between categories.
Career strategy (runner to runner)
- Km 0—1: sortie Controlled (watch out for adrenaline). If it's windy, don't open up; search referrals and a group.
- Km 1—3: Objective pace sustained; lively cadence and compact stride.
- Km 3—4: micro-acceleration of 2—3” /km if you have any legs left.
- Km 4—5: Press when you see the last reference; think active ankle and elbows back.
- Goal: Breathe, walk 2—3', return to calm and... photo with the sea in the background.
Local logistics (to keep everything flowing)
- Parking: nicest Out of the circuit; arrives with 45—60' of margin for dorsal and warm-up.
- Warming up: 15—20' soft + 3 progressive; dynamic stretch, don't “brick” your cufflinks.
- Clothes: if it gets cold in the afternoon, Arm cuffs thin and breathable t-shirts.
- Postmeta: hydrate yourself and, if you feel like it, take a gentle walk along the shore to release your legs. The avenue has cafeterias for the Third half.
Quick Check-list

- Road shoes with which you have already rode.
- Bottle of water and a simple gel or snack if you use it.
- Pins/dorsal holder, handkerchief and small towel for the end.
