On Sunday, September 7, La Vegueta becomes a meeting point for trail lovers with soul. The La Vegueta 2025 Trail celebrates a new edition with its unmistakable style: volcanic terrain, rural roads and a village atmosphere that captures from the first kilometer. Organized by Lanzarote Hiking and backed by the Tinajo City Council, this event has earned its place as one of the most authentic on the island calendar.

🟣 Modalities of participation

- 21K — La Fanega: The biggest challenge. A demanding route with technical sections and good views.

- 11K — The Almud: For those who want rhythm without giving up the landscape.

- 6K — El Cuartillo: An accessible, fast and intense distance.

- 6K hiking: Enjoy the same route without time pressure.

- Children's race: Adapted distances so that the little ones can also live the day with emotion.

🌋 A rural tour between volcanoes

From the town square to the last path, the route crosses cultivated fields, volcanic stone paths and tracks that connect the town of La Vegueta with the most emblematic places in Tinajo. Runners will face climbs, false plains and technical sections with the Los Volcanes Natural Park as a backdrop. A mix of tradition and toughness that turns each edition into a unique experience.
