The Ocean Lava Lanzarote celebrates its fifteenth edition, consolidating itself as one of the most outstanding triathlon events in the Canary Islands. This event offers a unique experience that combines sporting challenge with respect for the environment, attracting athletes of all levels.

🏁 Modalities and Distances

Supersprint

• Swimming: 400 m
• Cycling: 11 km
• Running race: 2.5 km
• Ideal for beginners and young people from 12 years old.

Individual Olympic

• Swimming: 1,500 m
• Cycling: 40 km
• Running race: 10 km
• For experienced triathletes looking for an intermediate challenge.

Olympic Relay Championship

• Teams of 2 or 3 people
• Each member performs a discipline: swimming, cycling or running on foot
• It encourages team participation and collaboration.

Middle Distance (Half Ironman)

• Swimming: 1,900 m
• Cycling: 90 km
• Running race: 21.1 km
• Designed for experienced athletes looking for a greater challenge.

📝 Registrations and Fees

• Supersprint: 30€
• Individual Olympic: 85€ (until 30/04/2025), 95€ (from 01/07/2025)
• Olympic Relay: 40€ per participant (until 30/06/2025), 50€ per participant (from 01/07/2025)
• Registrations will be open from February 15 to October 19, 2025 or while places are sold out.
• The first day of opening will have a 50% discount for those who reserve their place.
